This is the recording of the IETF "pre-bof" held at IETF124 in Montreal. The meeting was at 9:30am EST with a number of in-person attendees as well as online participants.

The mailing list is actively discussing what a potential charter is for the working group, mainly focusing on scope: what parts of ATProto need to be defined and in scope for the IETF initially.
